WHAT TO EXPECT

BOOKING YOUR SESSION

As soon as the weather warms up my schedule begins to fill up, so book your session before it’s too late!  You can book your session with a call, email, or by stopping in to my shop at 15 Church St. in Annapolis Royal.  Payment of the session fee is due at time of booking in order to retain your session date*.

CHOOSING A LOCATION

I shoot at a wide variety of locations that I have scouted out over the years.  Our corner of the country has so many options: shore, forest, field, or urban settings.  I am also open to suggestions if you have a special spot that is meaningful and makes you smile!

CHOOSING CLOTHING

Choosing clothes for a photo session can seem like a daunting task.  The main objective is to choose things you feel comfortable in and reflect your personal style.  Layers and clothing with texture photograph really well, and accesories add interest.  You can bring 2-3 clothing options that you really like and are comfortable in, as well as your Cap & Gown.  Let me know if you have a prop you would like to include; ie. cars, guitars, or sports items.

THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

Sessions generally happen within 2 hours of sunrise/sunset.  Later in the day is the most common, but if you’re up for it (literally) morning light can be really incredible!

Once we get started, prepare for a lot of fun with a little direction mixed in.

PREVIEW

Within a week of your session I will choose a few of my inital favourites and post a preview online.  Feel free to share these with your social network!

VIEWING

Once your final images are ready to go (usually 2 weeks), we will schedule a viewing session at my Annapolis Royal studio.

After this viewing you will receive a link to your personal online gallery.

ORDER

I offer a variety of print products to share and preserve the art we have created together.  Archival quality paper/canvas prints, and session albums are popular options.  Your order can be placed through your online gallery, via email, or in person.

GRAD SESSIONS

A custom grad photography session is a great way to celebrate a time in your life that is truly worth remembering.  Who you are and what you’ve accomplished is something to celebrating and share with your parents, family, and friends.

Includes:
– 1 hour session {$150}. 
– Collection of 15-20 watermarked screen resolution images to save & share online. 
– $100 credit toward prints etc.

Cancellation Policy – The session fee includes a $75 non-refundable reservation deposit that will be retained in case of cancellation prior to 14 days before reserved date.   No cancellation within 14 days of reserved date.  At any time session reservations can be changed to another available date, or transfered to another person.
